Astrata has been nominated in Fleet World’s Great British Fleet Awards for its TripMonitor product, in the Innovation in Customer Service category.

TripMonitor pro-actively alerts fleet managers at a very early stage, if a risk of delay is identified, ensuring they can take immediate action to solve the issue at hand and communicate necessary arrangements with customers. Through management-by-exception, only those trips that are not aligned with the planning, are focused on. This greatly improves customer satisfaction levels.
