Brake’s Road Safety Week 2019 will raise awareness of solutions to designing our road environment with a ‘Safe Systems approach’, encourage people to speak up in support of them, and celebrate the work of organisations and legislators in the UK and globally that are aiming to end road deaths and injuries.

Road Safety Week will work with:

• Schools
• Organisations
• Emergency services professionals
• Road crash victims

Brake will produce a range of free and low-cost resources to support the theme, which will be available to everyone who registers for Road Safety Week 2019 using online ‘action packs’. Brake will also look to produce eye-catching ‘selfie’ props to promote the theme through photos shared on social media channels.
