Launched some 18 months ago, the N-Guard comes with the Navara’s 190hp, 450Nm 2.3-litre twin turbo diesel and is available with a choice of six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission, both with part-time four-wheel drive. It’s able to tow up to 3,500kg and carry over 1,100kg of cargo, and features the recently upgraded four-disc braking system and revised rear suspension.
Updates see a new electric blue paint colour option join the existing black, white and grey, and the Navara also gets blue stitching for the leather seats, footwell illumination and decals on the outside panels.
The Navara N-Guard now also features a spray-on liner for its load bed, improving weather resistancy.
Equipment has been carried over and features a range of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies as standard – including Intelligent Emergency Braking, Intelligent Around View Monitor and Hill Start Assist – as well as the NissanConnect infotainment system, which features an updated eight-inch screen and NissanConnect Services.
Other features on offer include navigation, over-the-air software updates and smartphone integration courtesy of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The new Navara N-Guard starts production this month, and will be available to customers in March with prices starting from £30,775 (excluding VAT).
