Tomorrow’s Great British Fleet Event will mark the return of telematics and fleet management technology specialist Trakm8, which will showcase how its solutions can improve fleet efficiency and promote sustainability.
The event takes place on 29 March 2022 at Novotel London West and includes a 3-in-1 format of exhibitions, conferences and the afternoon’s prestigious Great British Fleet Awards.
Exhibiting from stand A7, Trakm8 will highlight its extensive range of fleet management solutions, all of which can be found on the Trakm8 Insights platform; a handy app that gives fleet managers a 360-degree view of their fleet at the touch of a button.
Among the key products on display will be Trakm8’s Route Optimisation software. As fuel costs continue to rise nationwide, Trakm8’s Route Optimisation platform helps fleets plan driver routes more efficiently, reducing fuel expenditure by up to 20% and increasing productivity by as much as 33%.
Trakm8’s Optimisation technology can also help businesses shrink their carbon footprint, with the intuitive software helping fleets to work smarter with fewer vehicles and hence minimising CO2 output; one of the reasons Trakm8 has been awarded the Green Economy Mark by the London Stock Exchange.
With sustainability ever the watchword for the fleet sector, Trakm8 will highlight how its software can provide data-driven insights that help deliver seamless integration of electric vehicles into a wider fleet, including real-time state-of-charge updates.
The ongoing vehicle parts shortage is forcing businesses to manage ageing fleets for longer; a challenge Trakm8’s Connectedcare solution can help fleets address. At the show, Trakm8 will deliver a series of live Connectedcare demos, utilising a live vehicle instrument cluster to demonstrate how fault codes on a vehicle are recorded within Trakm8’s Insight’s platform, highlighting how the system can help fleet managers monitor for faults across their vehicle fleet, ultimately minimising the risk of costly, unplanned downtime.
Trakm8 will also talk visitors through some of its latest launches, including the C430-S self-fit telematics solution, which provides fleet managers with a rich seam of data-led insights into driver behaviour and vehicle status. Coupled with the ACC750 Driver ID & Feedback device, this provides live in-cab driver coaching and scoring.
To fully demonstrate the total scope of its solutions for effective fleet management, Trakm8 will also demonstrate its RH600 integrated telematics camera to stand visitors. Combining all of the benefits of a telematics solution with a high-quality, 4G camera, the RH600 is billed as the most advanced telematics camera on the market, with a proven track record of reducing accident rates by up to 39% and enhancing fuel economy by as much as 10%.
Nick Guise, group marketing manager at Trakm8, said: “It’s fantastic to be exhibiting at GBFE again this year. Alongside talking visitors through some of our latest technological innovations, we’re also going to be looking at the growing need for telematics provisions that help businesses ensure their fleets are operating as sustainably as possible and highlighting some of our solutions that can help deliver this.”
