ADESA is introducing auctions with an aggregated buying process, bringing benefits to clients across Europe.
A technical collaboration with German fleet and vehicle financier Mobility Concept will enable buyers to exchange bids in real-time on both the Mobility Concept and ADESA auction platforms.
Under the firms’ expanded tie-up, Mobility Concept also anticipates auctioning three to five batches of vehicles every week through ADESA.
“The number of vehicles being auctioned is quite large,” said Christian Fröhlich, remarketing manager at Mobility Concept. “We are very happy to expand our cooperation with ADESA. Because this means that significantly more buyers in international markets can benefit from our attractive offers.”
The latest development builds on the collaboration between ADESA and Mobility Concept started in 2019.
“This valuable collaboration with ADESA enables us to concentrate on our main business and on our customers,” added Fröhlich. “Meanwhile, ADESA takes care of the buyers and their needs. At the same time, ADESA is watching out for our interests. This is a real win-win situation.”
ADESA is also continuing its work on providing a wide range of services for clients.
Johan Meyssen, chief executive officer at ADESA Europe, said: “For years now, ADESA has taken responsibility for vehicle descriptions, quality control and valuation of the vehicles, as well as managing vehicle documentation and all the paperwork necessary for exporting. In addition, we offer clients a range of services relating to payments, inspections, transport and logistics across Europe, all backed by customer service in numerous languages. We go to great lengths to serve our buyers and sellers.”
