DriiveMe has reported record results for 2023 on the back on an “explosion” in demand for driven vehicle movements.
The digital automotive logistics business – which is at next month’s Great British Fleet Event – closed 2023 with 92% growth compared to 2022. Turnover was up to €46m (£39.4m) and the business delivered more than 250,000 vehicles last year and had over 4,000 active customers.
Driiveme said performance was driven by numerous factors, including a strong international expansion – particularly in Spain, the UK and Germany, as well as a rise in the driven vehicle movement needs of manufacturers, short-term rental companies and leasing companies throughout Europe
The signing of major partnerships with renowned players such as Ayvens/ALD Automotive, Arval and Tesla has further expanded the customer portfolio.
Geoffroy Lambert, co-founder and CEO, said: “We observed this year that driven vehicle movements have deeply and firmly integrated the logistics landscape of the main players, responding to their growing need for responsiveness and granularity in the management of their operational flows.”
2023 also marked an important milestone for DriiveMe with the welcoming of ISAI, a renowned investment fund in the French technology sector, within its capital, as part of a minority LBO operation.
DriiveMe plans for 2024 include consolidating its leading position in its key markets and intensifying its international expansion – in particular by studying the opening of new markets.
The collaboration between DriiveMe and ISAI aims to achieve a turnover of over €100m (£85.6m) by 2026, while maintaining healthy, self-funded growth.
