Selsia reinforces fleet services with National Windscreens deal

Selsia and National Windscreens have teamed up to provide a glass repair, replacement and ADAS calibration service for Selsia’s expanding list of fleet clients throughout the UK.

Selsia already provides centrally managed, nationwide accident repair services for the fleet sector, designed to reduce the time and cost involved in repairs.

The new deal provides Selsia clients with full vehicle glass repair and maintenance services across National Windscreens’ 800+ mobile technicians and its network of 108 fitting centres – said to be the largest network in the UK.

All centres also offer ADAS calibration services. With more vehicles being fitted with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which sees windscreen-mounted cameras form a critical part of car safety systems, calibration is often mandated after windscreen replacement to ensure the safety systems continue to work as intended. National Windscreens can provide windscreen replacement and camera calibration at the same time, meaning Selsia’s clients will be able to drive away after only one visit.

Commenting on the partnership, Selsia marketing director Neil Marcus said: “We’re very excited to be bringing National Windscreens into our centrally managed fleet services support proposition and as we take First Notice of Loss (FNOL), we’re able to give our clients an instantaneous and consistent response solution for glass as well as accident repairs. With 800 mobile technicians, the UK’s largest fitting centre network, full coverage of the UK and a market leader in fleet support we know we have a partner we can rely on. And with our 200 approved Selsia bodyshops, we now have a fleet support network of over 300 locations as well as a national network of mobile bodywork and windscreen technicians.”
